In 1997, I purchased a townhouse loft built by CV Custom Homes in the Montrose section of Houston. During the contract negotiations, Charles Campise, Sr. treated my requests for changes reasonably. Consequently, the contract was fair to both buyer and seller. During construction, I dealt with Charles Campise, Jr. on a frequent basis to make decisions about the project that varied from routine selections of materials to complicated changes. In all cases, the decisions were made jointly to ensure that the architectural concept was maintained while meeting my personal needs. With pricing changes, CV Custom Homes treated me failrly. Therefore, there were no surprises and the closing went smoothly. I was treated with respect throughout the process, and the purchase price fairly represented the value of the townhouse.
